HOT2000 is a series of computer programmes developed to assist builders, architects, and engineers in the design of energy-efficient, low-rise residential buildings.
Using up-to-date energy loss, gain, and mechanical system performance models, HOT2000 enables you to enter comprehensive building design data in order to analyse energy components such as thermal effectiveness, passive solar heating, and operation and performance of living-space heating, cooling, domestic hot water, and other systems. The programme can be used to revise and optimize the building design to meet specific energy efficiency requirements.
The following HOT2000 products have been developed at UNIES Ltd. in conjunction with Natural Resources Canada.
