Bert Phillips is a Professional Engineer registered in Manitoba, Saskatchewan and Ontario. His recent work focuses on movement of air, moisture and energy through building envelopes, building envelope problems, impact of mechanical system operation on building envelopes, indoor air quality, and HVAC system design. He has developed and presented lectures, seminars and courses a few minutes to five days in length for groups ranging from school children to university students, from homeowners to building operators, and from tradesmen to engineers and architects.
